It is usually located near the back of the vehicle, on the driver’s side. Remove the cap from the reservoir and add washer fluid until it reaches the “full” line. Replace the cap and make sure it is securely tightened. If so you can pull the relay out and short the contacts to simulate the relay operating. If washer works then the issue is with the relay or control circuit to it. If still no joy maybe wiring to the pump or a blockage somewhere.
