I live in a small basement suite. My router is really not that far from where my switch mainly sits. It literally doesn't even connect to it unless I move within about 10 feet. I have to use a WiFi range extender in order to connect via WiFi. It makes no sense. Thankfully I'm able to use wired connection as well from where I am.
hey guys, I'm looking to buy my own switch and am looking for sone input on my specific situation. i've been very lucky to be able to borrow both versions of the switch from friends but am looking to upgrade to my own because now there are enough games that i'm interested in to justify the investment (and ACNH has finally patched in cloud save data transfers!). my issue is that my hands/wrists
Renhard Harjanto 8 July 2021. Nintendo Switch OLED resmi diumumkan.
If you plan on playing handheld a lot, the OLED will be worth it. Has a much better screen, slightly better battery life, and the console feels more premium and less plastic like the original Switch. You can't go wrong with either tho, so if money is really an issue, V2 will be just fine. iloveluciaa. • 10 mo. ago.

If chips are supplied I would install for a lot cheaper then $85. That’s a rip. I do complete repairs of Nintendo switches, finding and buying broken V1 switches, fixing them and selling them at the microscopic repaired level and typically I sell a full repaired V1 for 200 bucks unless it was some ridiculous repair job.
I wouldn’t chip any v1/v2 if it’s not a limited edition because those are hard to sell if you ever plan to see it later. If you have any solder skills, the v1/v2 are the easiest to solder (4 points) compared to the lite and oled. You can get by without having a microscope when soldering on a v1/v2. Personally.
Just like the Switch V2, the OLED Switch offers between 4.5 to 9 hours of use on a single charge. The V1, in contrast, can only last between 2.5 to 6.5 hours. It’s also worth noting that the OLED Switch features 64GB of internal storage over the original Switch’s much smaller 32GB storage.
